HOW WE WORK
We pride ourselves in embracing all our design skills to see you through every stage of your website build, from planning, through to the design, configuration, and go live. It doesn't stop there - we continue to support you in maintaining and updating the growth of your website.
PLANNING:
Following your initial contact, we will outline an understanding of your website requirements, this can be arranged over the phone or face to face if required. We can come to you, or you are more than welcome to come and discuss requirements over a coffee at our office. 
TESTING:
Once you are happy that your new website has been built to your requirement, we will then test to make sure the site work's as it should. We will also provide you with a link to log into your new website to see your dashboard (website reports) to see how your website is performing. 
PAYMENT:
We ask for no fees upfront for the design and build of your website, we will commence a recurring monthly fee from the go-live date. The monthly payment will depend on which website package (Business / E-commerce / Membership / Self-Editing) you have. |
DESIGN:
Following the planning stage, we will then begin to create your website. We will send you a link so you can preview your new website and as the build progresses, this will enable you to advise us, anytime, of any changes that you require during this process. 
GO LIVE:
Once you are happy with your new website, we will configure all of the relevant technical processes to get your new website live, online and public facing. 
SUPPORT:
Following go-live, we will continue to look after and support you. All of our websites include support and lifetime updates, this means your website will always look fresh and keep your customers informed with your latest news and offers. |
